Your company is rated through feedback, the higher the rating the more Buyers will use you through building credibility, your success is determined by this. Therefore it is vital that all Parts Requests submitted by Buyers are responded to within the 1 Hour time frame as promoted on our Parts Requests Form to Buyers.
